> DirectCare AI is an AI-powered direct-to-patient telehealth platform delivering personalized, clinician-prescribed protocols across weight loss, hormones, sexual health, hair regrowth, supplements, blood labs, and chronic condition care. All treatments are reviewed by US-licensed clinicians, who decide whether treatment is appropriate. Programs that use bloodwork dose against the patient's own labs.

DirectCare AI partners with US-licensed compounding pharmacies and clinical labs to deliver compounded medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, finasteride, minoxidil, tadalafil, sildenafil) and an 80+ biomarker hormone & longevity panel. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished products; their active ingredients are individually FDA-approved.

- Direct-to-patient programs (weight loss, hormones, sexual health, hair regrowth, supplements, labs, peptides) are cash-pay: DirectCare AI does not accept or require insurance or referrals for them.
- Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) are the only programs billed to insurance: most major plans including Medicare are accepted, benefits are verified before anything ships, and most Medicare patients pay $0 out of pocket.

## Pharmacy partners

DirectCare AI does not manufacture or compound medications. Prescriptions are filled by US-licensed pharmacies, including Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Medicine (Bellmore, NY) and Triad Rx (Daphne, AL).
