Peptide Therapy · Coming Soon

Targeted peptides for
recovery, sleep & longevity.

Personalized, clinician-prescribed peptide protocols — BPC-157, ipamorelin, sermorelin, GHK-Cu, PT-141 and more — for tissue repair, growth hormone optimization, sexual function, skin and hair, and metabolic health.

What are peptides? Short chains of amino acids that signal your body to do specific things — release growth hormone, accelerate tissue repair, modulate libido. Targeted, dose-controlled, and clinician-supervised.

Our Peptide Protocols

One body. Six targeted signals.

Each peptide protocol is clinician-prescribed based on your labs, symptoms, and goals — and compounded by a US-licensed pharmacy. Not all peptides are appropriate for everyone.

Tissue Repair

Recovery & healing

Speed soft-tissue, tendon and gut repair. Used by athletes and post-surgical patients to shorten downtime and reduce inflammation.

BPC-157TB-500Thymosin α-1
Growth Hormone Support

Strength, sleep & body comp

Stimulate your body's own growth hormone release — lean muscle, deeper sleep, faster recovery. A targeted alternative to direct HGH.

IpamorelinSermorelinCJC-1295Tesamorelin
Skin & Hair

Regenerative aesthetics

Copper peptide and growth-factor protocols to support collagen, skin elasticity, hair density, and wound healing. Topical and injectable options.

Libido & Function

Sexual health peptides

PT-141 (bremelanotide) acts on the central nervous system — not vasculature — to support arousal and desire in men and women alike.

PT-141Kisspeptin-10
Metabolic Health

Weight & appetite regulation

GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonists — semaglutide and tirzepatide — for sustainable weight loss, blood sugar control, and appetite regulation.

Cognitive & Longevity

Focus, mood & nootropic

Neuro-protective and longevity-focused peptides studied for focus, stress resilience, and cellular repair. Limited human data — clinician guidance essential.

How it works

A clinician-guided path,
from intake to your door.

Peptides are powerful signaling molecules. Every protocol on DirectCare AI starts with a medical intake and is built around your goals and (where indicated) bloodwork.

01

Complete intake

Share your symptoms, goals, and history — 2–3 minutes, fully online, HIPAA-encrypted.

02

Labs (when indicated)

Some protocols (GH peptides, GLP-1, longevity stacks) benefit from baseline bloodwork.

03

Clinician review

A US-licensed clinician picks the right peptide and dose for your goals, or tells you it isn't a fit.

04

Shipped to you

Medication compounded by a US pharmacy, delivered discreetly to your door.

05

Ongoing monitoring

Check-ins and dose adjustments throughout your program — message your clinician anytime.

Who qualifies?

Peptide therapy may be
appropriate if you're…

Adult men and women looking for targeted, clinician-guided peptide protocols — and who meet the clinical criteria for the specific peptide selected by your provider.

Lab-driven, not lifestyle-bro

Every peptide protocol is selected by a clinician — not pulled off a Reddit thread or a gym forum.

  • Willing to do bloodwork when neededSome protocols require baseline labs; others don't

Safety & Transparency

Straight answers on the questions that matter.

Are compounded peptides FDA-approved? Some peptide active ingredients are individually FDA-approved (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, tesamorelin, PT-141/bremelanotide). Compounded peptide preparations are not FDA-approved as finished products and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness as a final compound. Several research-grade peptides do not have FDA-approved branded equivalents at all. Your clinician will discuss what's appropriate.
Are peptides safe? When prescribed by a licensed clinician based on your medical history, most peptides have a favorable safety profile in healthy adults. As with any prescription therapy, side effects are possible and clinical monitoring is built into every program. Peptides are not a substitute for foundational lifestyle health (sleep, training, nutrition).
This page is for educational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Only a licensed clinician can determine whether any treatment is appropriate for you. Peptides should not be used to replace standard medical care for diagnosed conditions.

Frequently Asked

Still have questions?

Short, direct answers. Have one we missed? Message a clinician inside the patient portal.

What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — smaller than proteins, larger than single amino acids — that signal your body to do specific things. Different peptides target different systems: tissue repair (BPC-157), growth hormone release (ipamorelin, sermorelin), sexual function (PT-141), metabolic health (GLP-1s).
Are peptides legal?
When prescribed by a licensed clinician and compounded by a state-licensed pharmacy, peptides used in medical practice are legal in the United States. The FDA periodically reviews which substances pharmacies are permitted to compound. Your clinician will only prescribe peptides that are within the current legal framework for compounding.
Are compounded peptides FDA-approved?
Some peptide active ingredients are individually FDA-approved (semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin, tesamorelin, bremelanotide). Compounded peptide preparations are not FDA-approved as finished products. Some research-grade peptides (e.g., BPC-157 in many formulations) do not have an FDA-approved branded equivalent at all.
How are peptides administered?
Most peptides are administered as subcutaneous injection — small insulin-style needle, into the fat layer. A few peptides (GHK-Cu, some GH secretagogues) are available as topical or oral preparations. Your clinician will choose the right route.
How fast will I feel results?
It depends on the peptide. BPC-157 for tissue repair: 2–4 weeks. Ipamorelin/sermorelin for sleep and recovery: 3–8 weeks. PT-141: within hours for the dose, but optimization takes a few cycles. GLP-1s for weight loss: 4–12 weeks for meaningful change.
Do peptides have side effects?
Yes — like any prescription therapy. Common: injection-site irritation, fatigue or flushing during titration, headaches. Specific peptides have specific profiles (e.g., GLP-1s: nausea; PT-141: facial flushing; growth-hormone peptides: water retention). Clinical monitoring is built in.
Will I need bloodwork?
It depends on the peptide. Growth hormone peptides, GLP-1s, and longevity stacks typically require baseline labs. BPC-157 for an acute injury, or PT-141 used episodically, may not.
Are peptides the same as steroids?
No. Steroids are synthetic hormone analogs (testosterone, nandrolone) that directly add hormone to your system. Peptides are signaling molecules that ask your body to do something — release growth hormone, repair tissue, modulate appetite. Mechanism and risk profile are very different.
Who shouldn't take peptides?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with active cancer, certain endocrine disorders, or specific medication interactions should not start most peptide therapies. Your clinician will screen during intake.
How much do peptide protocols cost?
Pricing varies by peptide — from ~$99/month for shorter courses (BPC-157, GHK-Cu) up to several hundred dollars per month for advanced stacks. The clinician consultation is free. You only pay if you qualify and decide to start a protocol.
