We don't generate prescriptions with AI — we use technology to streamline intake, clinician workflow, and refills, but a human clinician makes every clinical decision.

No. Our weight loss, HRT, TRT, sexual health, hair, and supplement programs are direct-pay — typically less than what insurance copays cost on the same medications. Our Chronic Condition Care program (RPM) is covered by Medicare and most major insurance.

You're not charged. The free evaluation is genuinely free. If a clinician decides a protocol isn't safe or appropriate for you, we'll tell you why — and we'll often recommend a better alternative (different protocol, lab workup first, or referral to in-person care).
