Do we have to enroll on the same day?

No. Each partner enrolls independently, whenever they're ready, with their own account, their own intake, and their own clinician thread. Files are never shared between accounts. What stays consistent is the platform — same products, same standards, same US-licensed clinical team behind whichever of you is asking for care.

Is my medical history private from my partner?

Yes — fully. Each partner has their own separate account, intake, portal login, billing, and clinician thread. Medical history is never shared or cross-referenced between accounts. The "together" framing is purely about both partners using the same trusted platform — not a joint chart.

Do you need to be married or domestic partners?

No relationship status check — and no shared accounts. Each adult signs up independently with their own private profile, their own billing, their own clinician. The "together" framing is just so couples can find the right products for both partners on one site instead of bouncing between competing clinics.

What if only one of us qualifies?

You're only charged if a clinician approves your protocol. The free evaluation is genuinely free. If one of you isn't a fit for the protocol you applied for, we'll tell you why and often suggest a better path — different protocol, lab workup first, or in-person referral. The other partner's plan continues independently.

Can we share refills or medications?

No — each protocol is prescribed individually based on each partner's labs and history. Sharing prescription medications isn't safe or legal. Refill schedules can be coordinated so packages arrive together, though.

Can we add the kids' supplements or pets too?

Supplements via Fullscript — yes, for the whole family. For prescription needs, each adult needs their own intake. For pet medications, our DirectCare Pharmacy Card works at 60,000+ pharmacies including vet-friendly ones.
